Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, including personalised items.
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service
How to Return
- Contact us to let us know the issue and ask to make a return.
- Once the return is confirmed, to return your product, please mail your item to:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- We will offer a replacement, or
- A full refund
In these cases, we will cover return shipping where required.
Personalised Items & Image Quality
As our products are made using your uploaded images:
- The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the image provided
- Low-resolution or poor-quality images may result in lower print quality
This does not qualify as a fault.
However, you may still return the item within 30 days, provided you cover return shipping costs.
Design Adjustments
We may make minor adjustments (e.g. positioning or cropping) to ensure the best possible result.
If you require full control, you may request a preview before printing where available.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
