We offer personalised photo products made to order. By placing an order, you agree that the information, images, and text you provide are accurate and suitable for printing.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem:

• Offensive or inappropriate
• In violation of copyright laws
• Unlawful or harmful

By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

Personalisation & Image Quality

We optimise designs before printing, including adjustments such as cropping, positioning, and scaling.

However, final quality depends on the image provided. We are not responsible for poor results caused by:

• Low-resolution images
• Poor lighting
• Compressed or screenshot images

Customers may request a preview where available.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed natively in GBP (£), we will do our best to convert this to other currencies for different locations where possible. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

• Order processing time: 1–2 days, up to 2 weeks for some custom items.
• Total standard delivery time: 3–5 working days (UK),
  8-15 working days (USA).
• Express options may be available

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products.
