This website is operated by Print Photos. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products & Services

We offer personalised photo products made to order. By placing an order, you agree that the information, images, and text you provide are accurate and suitable for printing.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem:

  • Offensive or inappropriate
  • In violation of copyright laws
  • Unlawful or harmful

By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

Personalisation & Image Quality

We take care to optimise all designs before printing. This may include minor adjustments such as cropping, positioning, and scaling.

However, the final quality of the product depends on the quality of the image provided.

We are not responsible for poor print results caused by:

  • Low-resolution images
  • Poor lighting
  • Screenshots or compressed images (e.g. from messaging apps)

Customers may request a preview before printing where available.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods made available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing times:

  • Standard products: 24–48 hours
  • Some custom items: up to 1 week

Shipping times vary depending on the selected option:

  • Standard: approx. 3–5 working days (UK)
  • Express options may be available

Shipping costs may be free or charged at a flat rate depending on the product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
